The System of Quality Assurance in “Fan S. Noli” University Benchmarking Report compiled for the academic year , throws light on some important points of concern in terms of the quality assurance issues. The approach of the topics included in this report assists the understanding of the fact that many of the activities that were already in place at the end of the academic year 2014, need further development; while more activities that were not part of the Inner Quality Assurance structures and processes for the same year, were changed, improved or included in the action plan of the Benchmarking Report for the year This enhances the processes that should be undertaken for the academic year in terms of the IQA strategic action plan.

Inhouse institutional training mechanism for academic staff (for example: seminars) Periodic training for all staff. External training mechanism for administrative staff (for example: study visits to companies, internships abroad)

The System of Quality Assurance in “Fan S. Noli” University Based on the above elements of Benchmarking there is a need further training to meet all the required standards and further enhance the quality of IQAU

Noli” University Suggestions and trainings for improvement of: The implementation of IQAU monitoration of the University strategic plan IQAU monitoring support systems of students IQAU promotions of the culture of academic quality within the university (Only through its procedures which require the academic and adminstrative staff to undertake changes that bring about QA improvements. More suggestions are needed.)

The System of Quality Assurance in “Fan S. Noli” University ALSO: Training on IQA tools and mechanisms that should be involved in IQA measurement. There is need for trainings to increase the awareness of the academic staff and of the students for forms, ways, tools and procedures in which the quality may be assured on their behalf. There is need for frequent training for the IQAU staff that needs to update its information, knowledge and activity tools.
