ESPN College GameDay Built By The Home Depot Volunteer Information: Time and Location: Friday, November 13 12:00pm – 3:00pm MT Saturday, November 14 5:00am – 11:00am MT ESPN CGD Set The GameDay Set will be located….TBD (Map Attached) Contacts: Brian Woerner Matt Gay Dress Code:  Casual dress in which you can perform light manual labor required for both Friday and Saturday.  Khaki pants or shorts, dress jeans (no holes or frayed edges), polo shirts, tennis shoes, and hats are all considered appropriate; NO open-toed shoes!  College GameDay staff shirts will be provided for Saturday General Duties: 1. Assembling The Home Depot signage 2. Training for and execution of Picture Marketing and Sign Painting Station programs 3. Putting together gift bags for VIP guests 4. Handing out promotional items 5. General hospitality and enhancing the VIP guest experience Brian and Matt will provide greater detail on the day of the event.

ESPN College GameDay Built By The Home Depot On-Site Guidelines: To ensure that all VIPs have a safe and memorable experience during their visit to the ESPN College GameDay Built By The Home Depot broadcast, we ask that the following guidelines are observed: 1.Alcohol is not permitted at the broadcast. 2.Guests are asked to not wear sandals or open toed shoes while on or around the set. 3.Please turn all cellular phones to the off position or to “vibrate” during the broadcast. 4.No cellular phone usage while inside the production truck. 5.Please pay attention to restricted area signage. 6.Guests are asked to not venture to the front side of the set. 7.HAVE FUN and please feel free to ask questions!
