A.Exodus 31:1-5 1.The Holy Spirit was sent to 1 Man B.Numbers 11:16-17, The Holy Spirit came upon 70 appointed Men of Israel C.Pentecostal/Charismatic believe this Baptism is received at some point after conversion.
