Information gathered from within Europe and beyond considered economic factors, auctions, incentive pricing and cost pricing

Models in force fees = cost for each type of licence fees = cost across sectors or in total allow some differential pricing fees set on incentive factors use of beauty contest still requires fees setting auctions-market determines price

Developments in Europe auctions happening in Netherlands, Germany, UK, Russia and anticipated in France, Poland, Hungary Beyond Europe Auctions in Australia, USA, NZ

Differential pricing within overall total cost regime increasingly being applied in Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal Full Incentive Spectrum Pricing seriously studied in Netherlands, France and Denmark (Possibly some Eastern European States too)
