Action 1 Stage in life of project: Structure and contents of the course Outputs / Results: Structured on-line course and on-line platform containing the course contents. Duration: November January 2013 Partners involved in the activity: IT, BE, IE, LT, MT, PT 2

Target Administrative staff working in HEIs Staff in charge of the management of the EM courses/projects Staff of the EM National Structures 3

Goals Training and transferring of knowledge encourage networking among participants and between the representatives of staffs involved in EM 4

Workplan Check of sources and selection of the materials already produced and currently available; study visits to HED authorities in order to draft the contents of the course units; outline of each course unit; selection of exercises and of practical cases for analysis; on-line launch of the course. 5

Highlight: Action 2 Stage in life of project: Selection of participants to the 1st Edition Outputs / Results: Selection of 40 participants; activities to promote the course; Duration: August January 2013 Partners involved in the activity: IE, BE, IT, LT, PT, MT 6

Highlight: Action 2 Selection of participants: 20 from HEIs (one participant for NS) 20 from NS (one participant for NS) only one member of staff will be accepted for each institution (trainers for other) In the 2° edition: priority to new participants 7

Criteria of selection participation in a current Erasmus Mundus project (for HEIs); geographic balance of participants; motivation letter with regards to the objectives of the course; letter of authorization from the EM programme coordinator/head of EMNS, to support the application; suitable English language knowledge. 8

Online educational resources The content of the course will be made available on-line, to be used by a larger public as educational resource, i.e. by all administrative staff of the HEIs interested, as self-learning tool. 9
