Narrated by Muslim

Allah Subhanua-Ta’ala saved believers during these days from the oppressions of Pharoah.

According to Muslim that Ibn Abbas narrated that when the Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) came to Medina, he (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) found that the Jews were observing fasting on the 10 th of Muharram, the Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) asked them the reason of fasting on this day.

The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaiyhi Wassallam) said:

our Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam)

9 th of Muharram 1434 H. Corresponding to 23 rd November 2012 G. 10 th of Muharram 1434 H. Corresponding to 24 th November 2012 G. 9 th & 10 th falls during the forthcoming week i.e. Friday & Saturday (in Saudi Arabia)

Verily a believer should be pleased by the victory of the faith in any era and should thank Allah Subhanua-Ta’ala on such victory and also should be sad for any calamities affecting Muslim Umma. At the same time he should have a firm belief that the victory is surely coming as Allah Subhanua-Ta’ala owns the soldiers of the heaven and earth.
