SFX RESPECT DAY 2014 Value Opinion
Session One Ice breakers
Session Two SFX Values
We each come to SFX having had different experiences and with different points of view, lets discover what might be our shared motives for being here this year..?
To meet my ideal man / woman
To make my family proud
To make myself proud
To display freely my unique sense of style and panache
To be part of a place where faith is important
To succeed
To have a fresh start
To discover the person God created me to be
To expand my mind. To learn.
To feel valued
What do you understand by the term ‘to feel valued’?
Valuing one another in spite of our differences, is especially important at St Francis Xavier Sixth Form because our college is founded upon the teachings of Christ in which all people are afforded dignity because all people are loved equally by God. Therefore there are certain values implanted here that unite us. They are… Jesus said; ‘I, your Lord and Teacher, have just washed your feet. You, then, should wash one another's feet. I have set an example for you, so that you will do just what I have done for you.’ John 13:12-15
