What is Art History?  The story of what it means to be “human”  The study of the oldest form of communication.  Making connections from one time period to another  It’s a big story book with the pictures!!  A means to broaden your view of the world  A venue that forces one to “look” at the world in a different way.  It helps us to recognize similarities in people across time, location, and culture.  A course of study that transfers to other subjects easily for broader understanding.
