Patient Safety Healthcare- Acquired Infections (HAI’s) Support National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN ) Enrollment and Reporting  90% of Dialysis Facilities Enrolled (Monthly Goals)  75% of the monthly goal for enrollment achieved  80% of Facilities Reporting for at least 6-months (Monthly Goals)  75% of the Monthly Goals for reporting achieved  Provide education and support with the enrollment process  Verify accuracy and timeliness of facility data in the NHSN database  Group Administrator Role  Conduct QIA – based on trending and tracking of collected data 8
