Green Card Common Fund Financing source: - initial contribution (currently = Euros) - monthly contribution = a percentage of the cashed gross premiums; Ex.: a. between mil. Euros = 1% of the cashed gross premiums; b. between mil. Euros = 0,5% of the cashed gross premiums; - the amount currently available = aprox. 17 mil. € - MTPL excess of loss reinsurance agreement

The Collaboration of the Romanian Bureau with its Members III. The Relationship between B.A.A.R. and its Members Used for: - guarantee calls - amounts not recovered by correspondents/agents - uninsured claims - frontier insurance claims - outstanding debts of Grup AS and Metropol

Surveillance of the Members’ Reinsurance Agreement - each Member must have a reinsurance agreement permanently valid; - the maximum own retention is established annually by the General Assembly; - serious sanctions (even withdrawal of authorization);

Contribution Procedure - the procedure was approved by the General Assembly; - types of contributions: 1. for the Fund (above mentioned); 2. for the budget of B.A.A.R.; (minimum contribution = €/year/member) 3. for the budged of CoB; (minimum contribution = 500 €/year/member)

Frontier Insurance - issued under the authority of B.A.A.R.; - only 9 Members out of 16 are authorized to issue Frontier Insurance - - it is issued only for non-Multilateral Agreement vehicles; - in this area, the relationship between B.A.A.R. and its members is based on a frontier insurance contract and a procedure;

Meetings, Conferences, Symposiums, etc. - a minimum of two meetings/year; - these meetings differ from those of the General Assembly; - the topics are proposed by B.A.A.R. and the Members; 7. Website B.A.A.R. – Section II - Section II = a section dedicated exclusively for the Members; - it contains: information about agreements, frontier insurance, circulars, CoB decisions, EU Directives, Green Card Common Fund, list of Members, Constitution, Chart, Employees of B.A.A.R., statistics, etc.
