Offered to any Club that fulfills any requirement for Double Distinguished, Triple Distinguished and Grand Slam in addition to building a New Club of 25 or more Members between October 1, 2008 and September 30, The award will be presented by the International President at the International Convention. In the even the Club President is not in attendance, the award will be presented at a District Meeting.

Attend a minimum of 3 District Executive Meetings between October 1, 2008 and September 30, 2009 Complete ACPC for all Clubs in a Zone Zone must show a Membership net increase of 5% from October 1 100% Honor Clubs OR 1 new Club Minimum of 3 Zone meetings & submit reports to District S-T

Highest percent of growth from October 1, 2008 in Zone and build a minimum of one New Club. All Charter Members are included in the count.
