Curriculum Vehicle Tire Swing

Our Curriculum Vehicle Come take a swing On our curriculum vehicle It welcomes all to take a gander At the old and the new. The tire swings Back and forth, back and forth Like a pendulum of ideas, Old and new, old and new Recycled, renewed Has education ever been skewed? Our passengers meet standard And even go beyond You should sample our wares And come along. Get in line to take a ride Where kids fly high Beyond the sky And we have absolutely nothing to hide.

Understanding by Design Differentiation Are some of the tools That fuel our collaboration. Have we learned from the past? Very little is original Sometimes we see with new eyes What was there all along. Our swing’s rope Is tied to state standards The arms of educators Are strong branches supporting the rope. The tree’s roots run deep Dedication abounds The child on the swing Is blanketed with many layers. Layers of mentors Rolling the tire Mending the treads And reviving the theories. Our swing is the circle That never ends It seizes every opportunity And refuses to bend.

Educational philosophies Go round and round, Our swing of distinction Soars high off the ground. Come take a swing On our curriculum vehicle It welcomes all to take a gander At the old and the new. Click here
