PROJECT GOAL: Interview to an experienced contributor to learn “Contributor Career Strategies”. CHAPTER-4

 In this project I have to take an interview to an experienced contributor, who has at least 10 years experience in his/her field.  And to know more about his/her point of view in his/her contribution by interviewing him/her.  Here I interviewed to a person who have experienced at least 15 years in his field work.  Some of the questions I asked to that person and replied my that person are written in my presentation and his experienced in also included in this topic.

When I asked to that person… … …,  The different roles he has performed throughout his career life.  Then he replied that in different situation he helped his team members. And in worst case he experienced new things. And he always helps his team members as and when wanted. He said that sometimes in tough conditions he had to take decision in the opposition to his team members because he knew what to do in that type of situation.  How he developed and moved up in his career. What were the important milestones in his career.  He said that initially their business was to so huge and unknown to some of the people, but when he contact with other people in field of his business, he faced many new faces. And after inter-acting with their approach he developed their business.

 And then he added that by working in group and contribution to all my tem members his business moved in his career. And about their future career they replied that all the time that have to contribute in his field and he like to help people in their business.  For each of the new roles or assignments taken up, what new capabilities did he have to build (so as to be able to fulfill the new responsibilities).  He said that whenever he face new responsibilities he has to think over that and also asked to his team members for their opinion. He also added that they have to stretch their boundary limits and they have to think deeply for better future.  He also said that whenever he taken a new assignments they think over that and also asked to their business partners for more clarification. And he said that he is

Happy to face new challenges and he like his team members support. And he believe that “hard work, contribution, way of thinking and team work” is necessary for their business.  What were some of the most important career choices he made? How did he think about these choices? What made him make these choices?  After hearing my question first of all he think for one minute and answered that in early when their business was not to good, at that time due to some of the circumstances he was at edge of his life. Because the situation was that he has to sold that business because there was no more team members and workers to join his business.  But he believe that at that his decision to continue his business was very very important in his career.

 In his answer he also mention that self confidence, eagerness for work, and hard work is key feature for to make his decision.  And also said that one of his teacher who tell me that believe in your self and not think about what others are saying. So he believe that that teacher is inspire for him. And also help him for that critical situation.  He mention that to think about his future and his skills for that work made him to make that type of decision at that critical situation. And also added that his family and his friends also help at that situation to come out from that situation.  What are some of the most important “ contributions ” he made in each of his roles in the career?  He said that contributions are not only done my him only, he believe that his team members and workers are

Are also done contributions in their career for their business.  He also said that just believe in your self and not to depend on the others for our self work. And also help others whenever they want help.  And as well as contribution is concern he help many of his workers for financial help and also help team members to work with in group. He also asked any of the members in his business for any kind of help. And as his business is of textile lattice he help the people by giving good quality of material and he believe that everybody have to do contribution in their career.  Sometimes when any of his members needs help in any field he first of all asked him for what the problem he is facing and also give him sufficient

Knowledge at his field work. And also encourage the members repeatedly. And by inspiring then his members do best at their field work.  So he believe in to do contribution.  What are some “Contributor Career Strategies” that you can learn from this person’s experience ?  By interviewing that person I got some knowledge about the business strategies.  First of all I understand the role of contribution in any of the work. It is necessary for any of the person for good impression among the other persons.  Hard work, contribution, team work, deep thinking, and knowledge about the recent trades is important for career. And also for future aspects.

 And also come to know that respect all the persons who are with us, by forgetting the position of our work.  And helps the people whenever they want.  So how to understand the condition and how to handle it at that crucial time is understand my me by that experienced person.  So Contribution is one of the most important think in the Business Strategy.
