What is IGNITE? Professional Development Program for Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, and Marketing majors Goals: Increase awareness of career preparation issues Develop knowledge and skills to navigate the process of landing a professional entry level job Instill confidence to compete for jobs in your chosen field.

Why Do You Need to IGNITE? 35% of business leaders say recent college graduates would get a grade of C or lower for career preparedness 60% of students blame themselves for not being adequately prepared 80% of business leaders believe soft skills are most important for employees to possess Source: Bentley University, 2014

How to Complete IGNITE Certification Participate in program at least two semesters Earn a total of 100 points from participation/attendance at IGNITE events Submit a reflective report of your experiences in IGNITE your graduating semester
