EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE Equal and accessible educational opportunities Respect and promotion of free thinking and participation of young people in educational programs and institutions Plurality of educational resources (formal, informal, alternative education; international exchange and cooperation, variety of specializations, fields of study) Formal system of education supports informal and alternative education starting from primary school education Education that allows young people to be fully functional and productive on national and international level

YOUNG PEOPLE IN DECISION-MAKING At every level of decision-making in society, young people should have the opportunity to be involved as partners in the process and implementation of the decision-making. All young people should be educated by creating a culture of participation of young people in decision-making processes in all spheres of society. Young people are fully admitted as citizens of a given society
