Animals that survive in the tundra biome. Polar Bears Reindeer http://italimpia.com.ar/wp-content/plugins/cforms2/xml/photo%20tundra %20animals.html

More examples of animals that live in in the tundra regions. Bird Wolfs http://italimpia.com.ar/wp-content/plugins/cforms2/xml/photo%20tundra%20animals.html

Plants that live in tundra. Not many plants live in tundra regions because of the freezing weather and the harsh temperatures. Tundra means barren land and it has the lowest number of organisms living there. The Tundra climate is made by usual lack of warmth and sunlight and very low temperature through out the year and is covered with snow for 7-8 months out of the 12 we have in a year. Its temperature is also usually bellow the freezing point. http://www.tutorvista.com/biology/tundra-animals-and-plants

Plants that live in the tundra regions. Arctic Moss Arctic Willow http://www.blueplanetbiomes.org/tundra_plant_page.htm

Which animals that survive in tundra. Since the tundra regions are cold places most animals cant survive in it. The only way animals survive in the tundra regions is to hibernate.

More Examples of Plants. Bearberry Caribou Moss http://www.blueplanetbiomes.org/tundra_plant_page.htm

How human activity affects the tundra Oil spills effect the tundra biome because many animals try to clean it with their fur which causes some really bad after affects and can even lead to death. Another human activity that can effect the biome is over fishing because we take the food the animals need to survive in that biome.

Why They are being done? I think that oil spills are happening near the tundra biome because there can be accidents in which a boat hits something sharp like a rock it can break the oil tank. I think over fishing is being done because lots of people eat fish but its not enough to feed both the humans and animals.

Is it right or wrong to do these things to the biome? I think it is wrong to do things such as this to the biomes if possible because lots of animals die and I don’t think they deserve to die. http://wallstreetjackass.typepad.com/raptureready/2007/10/lonely-bear-luc.html
