Upcoming Changes Additional Policies Directory Deflection based on MAXCOST & use of IFM (8/2007) Lenders will be able to deflect requests from borrowers that: Do not meet their ILL charges as set in the deflection policy And/or do not use ILL Fee Management

Upcoming Changes Lenders: Undo a request that has been mistakenly marked as SHIPPED (12/2007) This will be tied to a change in IFM, which will be triggered when a lender ships an item instead of when a borrower receives an item. Additionally, there will be a change to the system so when a borrower marks an item 'not received' an IFM charge will be reversed.

Known Issues from the Field “Remove” button missing from Online Produced requests 'New' requests cannot be created from requests in all the statuses Pop-up calendar sometimes entering wrong dates into system Workaround: If calendar enters wrong date, manually enter correct date
