Overview of Terms of Reference Authority –NTHMP mechanism to provide input to the NOAA Operational Tsunami Warning System. –Carries out NTHMP strategies related to the format and dissemination of tsunami warning center products. –WCS decisions achieved by consensus of state EM reps., TWCs, and NWS regional program leaders.

Overview of Terms of Reference Chairpersons –Approved by a majority of the NTHMP Coordinating Committee Initiated 11/2005 Paul Whitmore first chair Chip McCreery/Jim Goltz added as Co-Chairs in 11/2007 Communications –Meetings held in conjunction with NTHMP annual meeting.
