Welcome! Introductory Activity: You have 3 minutes to brainstorm with your table partners all the positive and negative characteristics of fires you can think of….. Share out a few of the characteristics…

Now discuss how these characteristics relate to you as a teacher… What things did you come up with that are good and what things did you discuss that you need to be aware of?

Learning Targets:  Resident Educators will compare parts of the Instructional Cycle to the OTES Rubric  Resident Educators will participate in Collaborative Conversations about how to Engage Parents.  Resident Educators will reflect with Mentors on their progress.
