Presentation transcript:

Air pollution Pollution is one of the major issues rising in the U.S. It can directly affect the living things living in the earth. Air Pollution is the mixture of chemicals, dust particles, and gases in the air. Normally any substance that gets emitted to the environment that has a harmful effect on living things is called pollution. Pollution comes from different sources like industries, and automobiles that cause various kinds of health hazards to living organisms. Studies have shown that automobile produces significant amount of concentrated carbon monoxide that plays a major role in degrading the quality of air. So, to lessen the human contribution in air pollution, the U.S government needs to cut back on pollution from automobiles because they contribute to air pollution, which causes various health hazards, and results in the decline in tourist dollars.

Air Pollution Occur Air pollution occurs when there is lot of chemicals and dust particles and gas mixed together in the atmosphere. In America almost everyone own a car that consumes petroleum and natural gas and contributes to pollution to the environment. People in today’s world are very busy and they prefer driving personal cars as a means of transportation which is much more convenient than using public transportation. In this modern world people want to use the technology that can change their lifestyle. They build industries and factories, which is the major source of pollution that comes from the machine, which use petroleum and natural gas. And Manufacturing industries release large amount of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, organic compounds, and chemicals into the air thereby depleting the quality of air. Manufacturing industries can be found at every corner of the earth and there is no area that has not been affected by it. Petroleum refineries also release hydrocarbons and various other chemicals that pollute the air and also cause land pollution.

IMPACTs OF AIR POLLUTION Another great impact of air pollution is that it causes health hazards. When there is too much pollution in the atmosphere that can bring different kind of disease to the people causing lung disease and increasing the risk factor for stroke. People just concentrate their life to the work and other related things that helps them to live their life. If the environment where people lives was full of waste product and other related materials that are harmful to the health of people can cause a problem to the environment. And that can directly affect the life of people living in the society. Exhaust from factories and industries are also the great impact of air pollution. Manufacturing industries release large amount of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, organic compounds, and chemicals into the air thereby depleting the quality of air. Manufacturing industries can be found at every corner of the earth and there is no area that has not been affected by it. Petroleum refineries also release hydrocarbons and various other chemicals that pollute the air and also cause land pollution.

The Last impact is a decline to in the tourism dollar The Last impact is a decline to in the tourism dollar. It is a general conscience that no one wants to vacation in air polluted areas. If the environment is full of mixtures of gas and dust particles being produced from automobiles and industries, there could be a significant drop in the number of tourists visiting the U.S. It is very necessary to work toward effectively reducing carbon emission from the automobiles. We drives to keep our air clean and make it a tourist attraction.

How to Control air pollution Air pollution is the one the biggest problem in the world, not even in united states of American. So to control the effects of the increasingly polluted air, the government must and should step up. We cannot control all sources of polluted air as our daily life depends upon them but we can reduce its amount by urging everyone to use public transportation instead of personal automobiles. Reducing car-pooling, and the use of pubic transportation can involve government by making them cheap and reliable. This way we can help maintain the air less polluted and not get heavily affected by the problems of air pollution like decline in tourists and health hazards caused by the polluted air.
