Plan as proposed at the CGB Get a preliminary approval of the next 18 months work programme presented by the NA/JRA coordinators Get an approval of the plan to get the yearly report done as early as possible  December 17 th : Obtain the narrative description of the 2004 scientific work  January 14 th : All participant institutes send the financial tables to the relevant NA/JRA coordinators with copy to CEA (R.A. and O. Napoly)  January 28 th : Send the final report to the institute representative for approval  February 4 th : approval from the participating institute  February 7 th : Send report to the EC Get the money transfer to the participants as early as possible and no later that mid-March Be prepared to provide the final financial data very early January

Napoly) did not get then in time so strategy was change asked contractor to send form C and justification of cost directly to R.A. received last (correct) ones end of March  January 28 th : Send the final report to the institute representative for approval Impossible to match this objective  February 4 th : approval from the participating institute Impossible to match this objective  February 7 th : Send report to the EC Send an incomplete version to the EC February 21 “final” version sent to the EC end of March Because of low spending serious issue for 2 nd payment Don’t know when will get the money
