EESSI – planning Development and Implementation of EESSI system currently in progress with Siemens IT Solutions and Services 1 May 2010: Directory Services operational March 2011: EESSI data messaging system operational March 2010 –Apr 2012: National administrations in Member States to be connected to EESSI

Development of flows and SEDs - process SEDs and flows defined for ALL social security sectors on official DG EMPL website in section “Official Documents”: Available in all official languages in Spring 2011 (third batch – first and second batch in Nov 2010) Guidelines available end 2010

Paper version of SEDs Paper versions of the SEDs developed that can be used by institutions until EESSI is operational and exchange of SEDs can be done electronically.
