*Key Questions: Do you know what your exercise goals are? Do you know your health & fitness priorities in life? Do you have a daily exercise program that you can do independently? Do you understand how to modify the exercises to meet your needs? Do you know which exercises are best for your body? Are you achieving maximum results ?

Do you have 30 minutes 2 times a day? Do you have 60 minutes a day? Do you have 6’ x 6’ space in your home? 3- 5 days a week? 6-7 days a week? Do you have a variety of dumb bells such as 3, 5, 8, 10 lbs ? Do you have an exercise ball 65cm? Do you have an exercise mat? That’s all you need to create a gym in your home without the expensive gym contracts.
