BRINK Property Management provides full Management Services and Leasing Services to owners of Single Family Homes, individual Condominiums, Multi Family Apartments as well as condominium Homeowner Associations.

We specialize in the Greater Seattle area, with superior service to protect your investment. BRINK gives each property individualized attention during every phase of management. Today owners require a wide range of services depending upon the property and market conditions. BRINK provides comprehensive programs or selected services to meet specific needs of each client.

Efficient Leasing In order to maximize the pool of available tenants, BRINK maintains membership in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and cooperates with local brokers. In addition, BRINK maintains membership in the National Association of Residential Property Managers, providing a vast resource for relocation referrals. All BRINK account managers are licensed professionals, with solid experience in residential real estate and leasing. BRINK is staffed seven days a week to provide prompt, reliable service to our Owners and Tenants.

Leasing Service Our leasing services are included as part of our Management Services, or they are offered on a Lease Only basis. These services include: Evaluating market conditions in relation to your property's rental value. Listing your property on the Multiple Listing Service. Listing your property on Brink Property Management’s website. Listing your property on multiple additional sites on the Internet. Placement of weekly advertising in the appropriate publications. Showing your property to prospective tenants. Strict tenant screening including computerized credit and criminal background check, as well as employment and evictions history, prior to acceptance. Executing lease agreement and other required documents. Collecting first month's rent and security deposits. Providing a move-in walk through inspection report.

Full Service Management Our Full Service Management includes all Leasing Services as well as: Collecting monthly rents. Paying owner's monthly mortgage payment. Paying owner's property taxes, insurance or other payments as instructed. Handling requests for repairs and maintenance. Arranging and making payment for required repairs or maintenance work. Paying to owner or depositing to owner's account amounts received in excess of required disbursements. Providing owner with fully itemized and computerized monthly reports and year- end accounting statements. Periodic inspections of the property during lease in order to ensure proper maintenance. Arranging tenant notices and evictions when necessary. A final inspection and closing statement, upon tenants vacating the property.
