APEC The APEC study done by USDA found –1.8 billion dollars in errors –$306 million in overpayments in the SBP Breakfast Errors Included – Not identifying a reimbursable breakfast at the point of service –Claiming meals that were not reimbursable

As A Result - - CNP is now reviewing breakfast as part of the CRE process We want to provide all sponsors with training – –T–To assure that all of the breakfast meals are planned to meet the selected menu planning option. –S–Staff is able to identify a reimbursable breakfast as taken by students.

We want to be part of the solution in solving the errors identified by APEC
