Purpose Gain an understanding of how different organizations allocate / manager financial and human resources against diversity recruitment activities.

Conclusions uNo common theme on how organizations allocate resources against diversity. uThose organizations that have budgeted for diversity, are still unable to provide the true expense. uThe majority of organizations include diversity as a core responsibility for their recruiters. oHow is accountability assigned and success measured? uQuestions for discussion; oShould diversity be a separate line item within recruitment budget? oIf business units have diversity goals …… who should pay?
