 Stay in touch with the coordinator of your event  December 1 – February 28  NO extensions, NO exceptions  Announce all dates, early  Offer evening, weekend options  Dates set – then ask the club executive to commit to a date & use their commitment to plan attendance  Division Governors – report attendance to Ken Tanner  Reports are reconciled COT

 Plan  Prepare  Promote  Use TI materials  Include ample time for discussion  Choose presenters in advance COT / TLI
