MEDICINEDOSEMETHOD OF ADMINISTRATION 1. Streptokinase Ui.v. infusn over 60 mins 2. Aspirin 300 Mgp.o. stat. 3. GTN 300 mcg/ 5 mli.v. infusn 40 mcg/ min 4. Diamorphine 2.5 – 5 mgi.v. stat 5. AMOXIL ® 500 mg 1 tab.p.o. tsd x 10 d

 1. Streptokinase, one and a half million units by intravenous infusion over sixty minutes  2. Aspirin, three hundred milligrams, by mouth, immediately  3. Diamorphine, two point five milligrams, intravenously, immediately  4. Glyceryl trinitrate, three hundred micrograms per five milliliters infusion. Start at forty micrograms per minute  5. Amoxil, five hundred grams one tablet by mouth three times a day for ten days
