Utility Clearing Oregon DOT does not clear utility easements What do we do? –ODOT will reimburse the utility to relocate. –Provide the Utility a X-permit which is a way to track those utilities with an easement that has not been cleared.

Things to consider during the RW process When RW is being laid out for a project think about the Utilities. –Where are the utilities going to relocate to? –Is there room for Utilities to relocate? –If not is it possible for a little more RW to be purchased?
