© Food – a fact of life 2007 What must you do with your hair? If you have long hair, you need to tie it back. I need to tie my hair at the back of my head.

© Food – a fact of life 2007 What must you do if you are wearing jewellery? Take it off. I will need to take my wrist band off. Me too!

© Food – a fact of life 2007 What must you do with long sleeves? If you have long sleeves, you must roll them up. My sleeves are above my elbows, so they will be OK.

© Food – a fact of life 2007 What must you do to your hands? Wash your hands really well with soap and warm water and dry them properly. If you are wearing nail varnish, take it off. I do not wear nail varnish so that will save me a job!
