Definition An over-riding idea of what the organization should be. Often it reflects the dream of the founder or leader. The vision is the dream of what you want the organization to be.

Relevance It clarifies the direction that the company is taking and lessens disagreements and confusion about what is happening or wondering whether significant changes are necessary. Helps motivate people to take action that is not necessarily in their short-term interest by showing people the better future for which they are sacrificing today.

Relevance Helps coordinate action because everyone knows where the company is going.

Building Corporate Vision Has core ideology and envisioned future Core ideology defines what we stand for and why we exist Envisioned future is what we aspire to become, to achieve, to create – something that will require significant change and progress to attain

DLSU-D’s Vision De La Salle University-Dasmariñas is a Filipino Catholic University established and managed by the De La Salle Brothers and their lay partners in the historic province of Cavite in response to the needs of the Church and the Nation for human and Christian education, particularly the youth at risk. Guided by the Lasallian values of Religio, Mores, and Cultura, the University participates meaningfully in the process of social transformation by forming God-centered, people-oriented, and patriotic persons who serve as responsible and professionally competent stewards of God's creation.
