These include: –Review and updating of Sexual Assault/Harassment policies and procedures –Use of available time to support increased education –Design of cadre training and freshman orientation/military training As the program evolves, future actions in this area will become more defined.

7 Support Services and Resources To support V & R we will continue to integrate various institutional assets and adjust resource requirements. For example: –We will harness the professional experience of our faculty and staff members to serve as facilitators for selected instruction. –Nationally known external speakers and lecture groups will supplement the instruction effort on specific topics throughout the year. We will work closely with The Citadel Foundation to develop additional gift funding and endowment opportunities to help meet future needs.

8 Assessment Ongoing and summary assessments of all areas are critical to determine program impact Assessment efforts include: – Cadet/Faculty/Staff focus groups – Analysis of various Cadet surveys – Review of instructional design and training Results of assessments will be tied in with future communications efforts

9 Values and Respect Timeline This is a dynamic process that requires time, institutional attention, and continued leader involvement to make a difference!
