Moreover, mobility issues of mobile users have also been considered in the performance of hybrid WLAN-VLC hotspot. Simulations have been performed to evaluate the performance of such network for data downloading on move scenario by taking into account performance metric such as file size. Simulation results reveal that there is impact of mobile user velocity and number of VLC hotspots present in the considered service area of hybrid WLAN-VLC hotspot.
