Land Use Process Months Land Use Process 9-12 Months Joint Committee Action: The Committee voted (Kurtz, Wood absent) to model this process for 6 months to determine what if any modifications should be made before a final recommendation to the governing boards. Staff was directed to implement refinements during the 6 months and to bring a final recommendation through an Action Item in April 2009 to the Joint Committee for action.
