Organisation Operating for 20+ years, 2 as a CIC Based in Ladbroke Grove Work in 8 London boroughs and pan-London in key partnerships (GMI, Brighter) 7 core staff and 24 sessional staff – a very diverse team ethnically, sexuality, gender identity, language skills and professional backgrounds

Our mission To improve health and well-being. We will be proactive in identifying the needs of our diverse and often marginalised communities. Our approach will enable and empower individuals to make positive, informed choices about their health and overall well-being. We will provide supportive, knowledgeable, non- judgemental and peer-based engagements.

Service model Peer led services for MSM, BME and Trans* communities Marginalised, vulnerable, hard to reach and high need groups Health and wellbeing focus Specialist sexual health and HIV prevention Importance of holistic approach to encompass mental health, drugs and alcohol, smoking

Services Support group for trans* and non-binary people and 121 support and advocacy Health check: HIV, BMI and blood pressure, drug, alcohol and smoking check. Additional screens: chlamydia, Hep C, syphilis Outreach to LGBT venues, PSEs, saunas, YOI, homeless projects, faith groups, student groups, businesses 121 support, mentoring, including HIV Positive peer mentoring, BASK Groups – Stop Smoking, Over 50s, Sexual and Gender exploration, Mindfulness The Source, 24s condoms Training
