Our strategies involve the four integral components that must work in constructive collaboration to achieve our goals: Community Staff Students Leadership Our hard work has only just begun! Our students and their success are our focus.

Our Goals: In return for developing and retaining productive and highly skilled citizens, we want to receive the enthusiastic support of our community. We should receive appropriate financial support from our state and local elected officials We should develop strong relationships between our community businesses and our students and staff Every student should receive the support of a caring adult member of the community

Our Goals: We want to recruit, hire, retain and support an empowered and engaged staff. We should reduce our turnover by increasing the availability of targeted professional development and by encouraging colleagues to collaborate constructively to achieve personal and professional goals Each staff member should be empowered to contribute to the improvement of DCS

Our Goals: We want to provide appropriate preparation and support for the success for every student.
