My insect is not harmful. Sometimes people think I’m harmful.
I eat worms, slugs, nectar, and pollen. A spider might eat me too.
My insect’s three main body parts are the abdomen, thorax, and the covered head.
My insect does not make any noise, but it can communicate with others of its own species.
My insect loves moisture and often lives in humid regions of Asia. They are found around wet or damp areas that retain moisture.
Females lay approximately 50 eggs that hatch in about three weeks.
My insect only lives two to four weeks.
I have two gray wings. If you touch my wings I can die.
I am brown and white on my body.
I can fly high in the sky and near the ground.
I can glow in the dark and it is awesome.
Some of my species do not give- off light. Usually these species fly in the daytime.

I am a firefly.
