Read the textbox descriptions and review the pictures. With one mouse click the picture will link online to the Unit Assessment System. Click the Space Bar to move to the next slide.

CRN – Click on the CRN for each section you are teaching and a list of the candidates in your course will appear.

Click on the student’s name to begin entering data Student’s Name will be identified Data Entry – You will be required to enter data for each section

Rubric Assessment – You will note that the rubric will be listed on the assessment followed by the choices of “Not Met,” “Met,” or Exceeded.” Click on the radio button that applies.

Evaluator’s Comment – You must make a comment in this section. You may want to make your comment relative to the standards. Final Assessment – You must make an overall choice for the assignment of “Not Met,” “Met,” or Exceeded
