Ease of access to the our Client Service Team and Helpdesks

Users can receive an notification when a request is created, requiring your action, completed and when a request is created by your Client Enquiry Manager on your behalf Customer Administrators have the ability to modify the Product / Service options available at a customer entity level Customer Administrators have the ability to Opt In / Opt Out of Notifications Corporate Online Single Sign On functionality for users who have access to both QuickService and Corporate Online
