Event  Dodge-Ball Tournament and Speed Read in Burns Back Court!  Thursday October 22, 2015  Expecting 500 participants  Check in begins at 7 PM  Games begin at 7:30 PM and will end at 9:30 PM  $10 Cash or Flexi: tickets on sale the week beforehand and in Greek life suite  Participants will receive a shirt, pizza, DJ entertainment, and fun! Asking for total of $3,095.72

Promotion  Contact all clubs and organizations, especially first year students  Seaver Wall Sheet, Display Case, Banner, Stakes  Facebook events for Dodge the Arrow  Profile Pictures  Flyers posted in all residence and academic halls (with SLD approval) and St. Robs  Ticket sales in front of the Lair and in the Greek Life Suite with Pi Phi’s present

Our Bank Account Balance of $100, because chapter dues were recently due Breakdown, per person (137 members total): Campus Obligations, $15.00 Chapter Dues, $ Entertainment and Social Events, $ Facility Fee, $7.00 Fraternity Dues, $55.00 Technology Fee & GreekBill Fee, $22.00 Senior Alumna Dues, $35.00 Total: $506.00

Philanthropy Budget  $6, total for the semester  $4, goes directly to our philanthropy  CAR program in local elementary schools  Donations to non-profits: The Pi Beta Phi Foundation
