Physical Characteristics: Source #__16, 4_______ Description Coloring: The Elf Owl has a white eye brow mark above the eyes, brown to gray brown bill. It has yellow eyes and has pale or green talons. Size: The Elf Owl is the smallest Owl in the World! It is 5 to 6 inches. It weighs 1-to1.4 oz. Wing spand is 4 inches. Physical Characteristics: A Elf Owl has big eyes , little feathers on talons and almost weighs 55 grams.
