2 #1 Period for Filing Divisional Applications (A) BeforeBefore AfterAfter Notice of Allowance Divisional Application Notice of Allowance Divisional Application Within 30days Effective April 1 st, 2007, it is possible to file Divisional Applications within 30 days of a Notice of Allowance Overview *Japanese Patent Law Section 44 etc.

Final O.A.
