Reaching Out Strengthening Links with international bodies – To add an ACL office holder to our executive committee and appoint a liaison officer for ACL – To establish links with other related bodies such as SIGIR, Web communities, Oriental Cocosda, AAMT, etc. Strengthening Links with other organizations in Asia – Membership of China, Chief Negotiator: Benjamin Tsou – Several new members – Newsletters (Editorial Group), events in regions, short articles, short description of projects, once every two months
