How did we get here?

The Promises of RtI 1. Increase the learning of all students while targeting learning for historically underserved students (Prevention) Optimizing Instruction and intervention for all students Assessment to inform the quality of teaching and learning for all students Collaboration for continuous improvement and the success of all students 2.
