Do you think a moderate level of conflict might be healthy for an organisation? A team should be diverse in order to be effective. There should be a balance inside a team and people should complement each other. A team should be diverse in order to be effective. If the level of conflict is too high, the team will spend more time on arguing than problem solving. However, the moderate level of conflict gives the necessary variety of views and opportunity to discuss, cooperate and benefit from opposite positions.
