To book Bus Ticket. Click on the option Bus Booking

To set up a mark up for business purpose, needs to click on admin panel. Click on commission mark-up and decide a mark up. Limit is Max RS 200/-

To check the status of booking, cancellation done. This info is available in manage booking options.

To book the ticket.  Tick if its One way trip or Round Trip.  From /To option.  Date  Click on Search to find the results of the BUS.

Select the bus which he wants to travel through. Select the seat as per customer confirmation. The Fare will be shown and once the information is confirmed by the client continue booking procedure.

Once the ticket is selected, the information will show the seat and the Fare which the retailer will be charged.

The retailer needs to fill the information of the client who is taking the journey and then click on continue. Once you click on continue it will ask for Id and Phone no which needs to be filled.

Before making the payment. The information of the ticket will be shown to cross verify. Once you click on make payment,the payment will be processed.

Once you click on submit. It will ask for password. Once the password has been inserted, the ticket will be generated with the details of the payment and ticket.

How to cancel the Ticket for BUS

Cancellation process

Check the details of the ticket which he want to cancel. Fill the information if required in remarks column. Then click on cancel. The details of the amount refunded will be shown in the system. The amount gets immediately refunded to the retailer.
