Erwin Middle School Shannon Johnson, Librarian 4 th QUARTER ( 03/16/15/-05/22/15) Library Highlights 2 nd and 3 rd rounds of Global Scholars Testing for school Trained students and teachers in classroom on Google e- mail accounts and Chrome book usage Tech Coordinator for all ACT Aspire Testing/school-wide on computers/also Administrator for ACT Aspire make-up testing Maintained calendars and reservations for library, library computer lab, upstairs computer lab, Nook lab, netbook portable labs and four Chrome book portable labs Inventory for library, equipment inventory for classrooms and offices including end-of-year sign-off Hosted and helped with Coping Powers, Mu Beta Kappa Boys’ Group, iCan Girls in Engineering, faculty meeting and prep staff meetings Collaborated with 6 th grade teacher to purchase class set of books for Nooks students utilized in-class Aided teachers in postermaking, laminating, risographing multiple packets Hosted spring Scholastic Book Fair Photographed numerous events around the school as historian Provided space and resources for English Extravaganza projects, plus multiple other classroom assignments
