First Gas to Non-Gas Project Starts Nearly 600 homes in Berwick. 300 council, 300 other tenure. Financed by an Independent Gas Transporter. Nil cost to council for mains network. £140 for a service and meter. Fuel switching allowances create a crisis fund. Warm Front also fully engaged.
