Client Feedback Management System

NNC Client Feedback Management System Guidelines and tool for client feedback on policies were prepared in consultation with NPPD and selected regions Memorandum to AD requesting issuance of Memo Circular adopting the same forwarded on 18 May 2015.

Instructions for filling up Client Feedback form for Policy Intended for stakeholders to whom specific policy is relevant – NGAs, NGOs, LGUs, PhilCAN, Development Partners and Industry Partners or Professional Organizations (One form per agency, organization or unit) – Individuals from the general public who wish to provide feedback or individuals belonging to the academe and/or professional organizations

Distribution of Forms Forms shall be distributed with attached template to relevant agencies and organizations within 3 months of policy issuance Number of forms to be distributed will depend on the number of relevant agencies and organizations identified by the process owner Filled up forms can be submitted to NNC through courier or ed to

Distribution of Forms Target number of valid responses is at least 30 for purposes of application of statistical tests. For existing policies, forms should be distributed two months prior to the Regional PPAN PIR and/or NNC Secretariat PIR for processing. For new or amended policies, forms should be distributed within 3 months after issuance of policy.

Consolidation of Feedback Separate consolidation reports will be prepared for responses from agencies/organizations and responses from individuals Consolidation report should include the ff: – Consolidation Report Form 1 – Consolidation Report Form 2

Consolidation of Feedback Consolidation per policy shall be submitted to the Quality Management Representative for analysis of the process owner and reporting to the NNC Management. The policy is considered satisfactory if at least 85% of the clients gave an overall rating of “Satisfactory” or better
