Rapid Response Mission: Assisting Workers & Companies Coordinate an effective state response to layoffs & plant closures by leading partnerships of state agencies, MWAs, employers, labor & local leaders & groups to: 1. Prevent layoffs where possible, 2. Help workers access all necessary services to stay healthy, remain afloat, & gain new skills and new jobs.
